Open Positions

Seasonal crew member, spring through fall
Year-round crew member, for steady work across the seasons

What You'll Do

Mow, trim, edge and blow off lawns on weekly routes
Spring and fall clean-ups and shrub trimming
Install mulch and rock and help build new beds
Help with sod and lawn renovation projects
Load and haul junk and yard debris
Work alongside me at first, so you learn how I do things and why

Pay & Growth

$20–$30/hr, depending on experience
Pay that grows as your skills and responsibility do
Performance bonuses coming, tied to quality, efficiency and great reviews
Promotion from within to crew lead and manager as we grow

What I'm Looking For

You show up on time and give a heads-up if something comes up
You're ready for physical work in Colorado sun and wind
You take pride in clean edges and happy customers
No experience needed. If you're dependable, I'll train you. A driver's license is a plus

You'll work for an owner who's out there doing the same work you are.
Mowing since 2016, in business since 2020, licensed and insured.
Monday through Friday, 6 AM to 6 PM, with weekends off.
